Hey friends,

There are open spaces in the Roberts Shoe building at Lake & Chicago.

If you or anyone you know are in need of a studio, buddy up and get

one. You could share a building with the ARP! gals!

Eight spaces are now available in the Roberts Shoe Store building on

the corner of Chicago and Lake in the Midtown area across from the

Midtown Exhange and near the Midtown Greenway. in Minneapolis. Five

are on the second floor and two are on the third floor. The building

is mostly artists and has a security system. 12/5/07 The heating

system is currently being upgraded so that in the spring, all units

will have seperate heating and air conditioning.

(1) Suite 312- 800 square feet. $ 700.00 per month (new floor, lots of

light, water) This space would be a great space for a photographer or

painter.

(2) Suite 200- 960 square feet $ 1000.00per month former recording

studio. Includes bathroom, bedroom, recording studio,potential

kitchen. 7 windows.

(3) Suite 218- 575 square feet $ 600.00 per month w/ 4 rooms and

walk-in closet.= and 2 south facing windows.

(4) Suite 222- 300 square feet $ 400.00 per month water

(5) Suite 212- 250 square feet $ 400.00

(6) Suite 214- 385 square feet $ 400.00

(7) Suite 308- 750 square feet $ 550.00 with water, new floor, great light
