Information We Collect

When creating an account to use Adamantine Arts website, new members are required to provide "Personally Identifiable Information," such name, age, gender, e-mail address, etc.

Members applying to sell items in Adamantine Arts Store are required to provide additional information for payment processing purposes. Additionally, members within the US are required to provide their Social Security number or Employee Identification Number in order to properly process tax information.

Customers purchasing items in Adamantine Arts store are required to provide shipping and billing information in order to process and deliver orders. Payment information (including credit card number, etc) is collected by our third party payment service provided by Pay Pal. Adamantine Arts does not see nor retain this information.

We may also collect "Anonymous Information" such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, the pages on our website that you have visited, etc. Your Personally Identifiable Information is linked to your Anonymous Information. Currently, Adamantine Arts only keeps this information for security purposes. There are no plans to use "Anonymous Information" for other purposes.

How We Use This Information

As per the Terms of Service, children under 13 are not allowed to be members of Adamantine Arts website, but may still make use of your offline services such as mentoring programs, etc. We do not solicit, retain, or knowingly collect information through Adamantine Arts website from children under 13 years old.

Adamantine Arts uses "Personally Identifiable Information" provided by you to communicate with you, to fulfill orders from our store, and to provide customized content and account features for your use. By creating an account with Adamantine Arts, we also reserve the right to list your name (or display name if provided), your member profile picture, as well as similar information in our member directories and other features where content related to you is displayed (such as message forum topics you may post). Adamantine Arts does not provide "Personally Identifiable Information" to any third party websites, organizations, businesses, nor individuals with the exception of Robert Perez Studio, INC, our third party print service. Information provided to Robert Perez Studios, INC includes shipping information as well as order information in order to print and process orders through the Fine Art Print Emporium service.
